Thursday, January 12th, 2017 Day 3
**As of late, the library is becoming much noisier at lunch. Please remember that the library is a space for students to utilize to check out books, complete work, study, and conduct research. Students are also reminded that they are not to be gaming on the computers during their lunch hour. Those individuals who cannot follow these rules, may be asked to leave, or the library maybe shut down until supervising teachers feel the space is being used properly.
Ms. Campbell’s room will be closed during the GRADE 8/9 LUNCH FOR TODAY (THURSDAY) AND TOMORROW.
MRS. ETCHELL will be offering after school exam help/study sessions on Wednesdays and Thursday from 3:10-4pm (except this Thursday January 12th:)
YOUNG FARMERS ASSOCIATION – Special guest will be here on Thursday @ 11:45am in Room 724. Please bring your lunch to the meeting as time will be limited.
DANCE CLUB – Will be held Day 3 Grade 7 lunch in Ms. MacKinley-Curran’s class until March Break.
HOCKEY ACADEMY – Any students from Gr.8/9 that have not passed in jerseys and socks need to do so ASAP
Gr.8/9 members of hockey academy begin Synergy fitness sessions this Thursday, January 12th.
SKI CLUB – Will be starting soon, when more details are available they will be posted on the announcements.
Basketball fees are overdue, please take care of this and arrangements as soon as possible.

Friday – 4:45 AA Boys practice
INTRAMURALS: Dodgeball games are scheduled. Tomorrow (Friday) will be free-play badminton.
FIELD HOCKEY: UPEI Field Hockey will be offering a Field Hockey Indoor Program beginning on Tuesday, January 17th (4:30-5:30 pm) and running every Tuesday until March 7th. This is open to any student in Grades 6-10 interested in learning and developing field hockey skills. For more information, please see Ms. Sanderson.

**TEACHERS should have received a list of students in their homeroom with overdue library books. Students are reminded to return overdue library books as soon as possible. Students are welcome to return their books to the library, or they can place novels in the book return box outside Mrs. Broussard’s classroom in the grade 9 wing.
