OAK ACRES CHILDREN’S CAMP is looking for Counsellors-in-Training for this upcoming summer 2017. Counsellors-in-Training (CITs) are students aged 14-16 who help supervise, plan events, and lead activities for campers between the ages of 7 and 12, depending on the session. This position is ideal for anyone with an interest in the outdoors, leadership, and creativity.

This is a volunteer position, and if the student is offered the position they will be asked to volunteer for 1 month (three sessions in either July or August) and will be able to go home in between sessions. These volunteer hours can be used for the Community Service Bursary, and by completing the position a student will accumulate enough hours to receive the full $500 at graduation. Any questions, applications, or resumes can be sent to hhardwick@upei.ca.
